Ensure legal and fiduciary responsibility
Provide oversight to the organization
Conduct Fund-raising events
Members of KIND’s Board of Directors serve in a voluntary capacity and receive no financial compensation for their service. Terms of service are three years.
Perspective Board Members complete an application, interview and are voted on at KIND’s annual meeting.
